Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and monitor programs end-to-end while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Strong capability to design new program models, identify emerging needs, conceptualize innovative solutions, and pilot effective interventions.
Skilled in developing and applying logical frameworks, M&E tools, and data-driven approaches to improve program performance and impact.
Proven experience in building collaborative relationships with government agencies, community groups, partners, donors, and internal teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and proposal inputs.
Competence in managing budgets, tracking expenditures, ensuring accountability, and maintaining compliance with donor and organizational requirements.
Ability to mentor, guide, and supervise field staff, fostering a positive, high-performance team environment.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify risks, troubleshoot operational challenges, and implement timely corrective measures.
Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced, and rural environments with the ability to handle pressure, multitask, and travel extensively.
Understanding of rural contexts, community dynamics, and commitment to inclusive, participatory development approaches.
oStrong understanding of project management principles, logical frameworks, M&E systems, and results-based management.
oMinimum 2 years experience in field coordination and stakeholder engagement, preferably in rural contexts.
oExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
oAbility to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work both independently and in fast-paced environments.
