Position Summary:

The Community Partnership & Fundraising Coordinator will build and strengthen partnerships with community organizations, institutions, and networks to support APSS Foundation’s mission.

The role involves coordinating donor engagement activities, including charity concerts, regular donor programs, and one-time donation events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising & Donor Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate concerts, campaigns, and community fundraising events.
  • Manage regular giving programs and one-time donor initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, groups, and organizations supportive of APSS Foundation’s mission.

2. Community Networking

  • Build connections with Korean-speaking and Indian communities across cities.
  • Strengthen collaboration with community leaders, institutions, and cultural groups.
  • Represent APSS Foundation at events, community gatherings, and partnership meetings.

3. Communication & Reporting

  • Coordinate bilingual communication (Korean–English/local language).
  • Prepare donor reports, updates, and event documentation.
  • Ensure transparency and adherence to Indian fundraising and FCRA compliance norms.

4. Program Coordination

  • Work closely with program teams to highlight impact stories and success cases.
  • Assist in organizing awareness and engagement activities for community supporters.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Social Work, Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration). 
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in at least one local Indian language; knowledge of Korean language will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in community outreach, donor relations, or event coordination is preferred.
  • Organized, creative, and passionate about social impact.

     New Delhi (or flexible with travel within India).
  • Type:

     Full-time / contract (1-year term, renewable).
  • Compensation:

     Based on experience and organizational standards.
