Role Overview

Program Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and working professionals on available programs and help them choose the right learning path.
  
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and sales strategies.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Maintain strong follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth program delivery.
  

Requirements

• Experience:

  Minimum 6 months 2 years in EdTech sales/counseling is a must.

• Qualification:

  Graduate in any discipline.

• Skills:

  Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

• Gender Preference:

  Male candidates only.

• Other:

  Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
