Job Description

Profit Center Head (PCH)

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through existing dealers in the trade channel
Identify new business opportunities and increase market share
Improve dealer productivity by managing their ROI and performance
Plan and execute sales promotional activities at dealer points
Supervise field officers and support them in marketing execution
Track competitor activity and contribute to market intelligence (MIS)
Monitor dealer inventory and share inputs with Area Managers
Gather customer feedback and share suggestions for service improvements
