• Maintain an organized portfolio showcasing a range of work to attract potential clients.
• Coordinate with assistants, stylists, and other team members to ensure smooth operation during shoots.
• Stay current with industry trends, equipment, and techniques, continuously improving skills and knowledge through education and practice.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote photography services, including networking, social media, and attending industry events.
• Meet deadlines for image delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their feedback and making adjustments to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage business operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional photographer or relevant role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of photography styles and techniques.
• Proficient in photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
