Dear Candidate, Please find the below JD for your reference. Experience of leading production support teams across multiple applications. Experience with ASP.NET, C#, .NET core, SQL, Azure DevOps and App Insights is a must. Should have good knowledge of ETL, Angular, DB monitoring, script optimization, app monitoring & alerting tools. Experience of working with SNOW ticketing tool and handling change requests. Experience of handling end to end change management and supporting app releases in collaboration with other Project teams. Good communication and willingness to skill up with new tools, automation frameworks and tech to better support & monitor apps.
