Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily TMT bar production activities (rolling, quenching, cooling, bundling).
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality parameters, and process specifications.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, speed, and water flow in the quenching system.
• Allocate manpower and manage shift operations efficiently.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality departments for equipment health and product standards.
• Maintain shift reports, production logs, and downtime records.
• Identify and resolve process deviations, breakdowns, or safety concerns.
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety, health, and housekeeping standards.
• Train and guide junior staff and workers for improved productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as waste reduction and yield improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  5–6 years in TMT bar manufacturing / rolling mill operations.

• Education:

  Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production or Industrial Engineering.

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of TMT rolling processes (stand settings, speed control, temperature control)
• Good team handling and shift management skills
• Basic knowledge of safety and quality systems
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
