Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning and Execution: Manage and schedule daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines. Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure a smooth workflow.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of technicians and machine operators. Provide training, feedback, and support to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
Quality Control: Enforce quality standards and procedures. Conduct regular checks and inspections of products and processes to identify and resolve issues, minimizing defects and rework.
Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing all safety protocols and regulations. Ensure the team is compliant with company policies and industry standards.
Resource Management: Monitor and manage the use of raw materials, machinery, and other resources to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate production records, generate reports on output, efficiency, and quality, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
