Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage daily production operations at our manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production processes, team supervision, and shop floor management, preferably from a core manufacturing environment. Candidates with a maximum of 1 year of experience in the formwork industry (in the current role only) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily targets.

● Lead a team of operators and technicians on the shop floor.

● Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, machines, materials).

● Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

● Monitor production schedules, resolve issues, and report deviations.

● Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

● Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and shift activities.

● Ensure timely communication with other departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Stores.

Candidate Requirements:

● Experience:

○ 3 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing plant.

○ Proven experience in supervising production teams.

○ Maximum 1 year of experience in the formwork industry (current role only).

● Education:

○ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

● Skills:

○ Strong leadership and people management skills.

○ Good knowledge of production processes and machinery.

○ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

○ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
