Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor who leads with curiosity and a growth mindset, driving safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while inspiring continuous improvement.

In this role, you will empower the production team to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD) goals, explore new methods and technologies while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, act as a bridge between the shop floor and management to foster collaboration and open communication, and champion process improvements and skill development to boost productivity and innovation.

• Take ownership of daily production operations, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality.


• Lead and inspire the production team with a growth mindset providing feedback, coaching, and opportunities for continuous learning and engagement.


• Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and resources while maintaining inventory levels and minimizing downtime.


• Champion quality and safety by enforcing standards, conducting inspections, addressing issues promptly, and fostering accountability across the team.


• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, and Kaizen practices, while staying curious about new methods, technologies, and industry trends.


• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure reliable equipment performance through preventive maintenance and timely issue resolution.

• Engineering graduate (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related) with 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, empowered to drive results on the shop floor.


• Strong knowledge of production processes, assembly, and special processes (e.g., Welding & Brazing), with curiosity to adopt new methods and technologies.


• Proficient in quality and problem-solving tools (PPAP, PFMEA, Capability Studies, Gauge R&R, 8D, etc.) and committed to continuous improvement with a growth mindset.


• Familiar with global standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and skilled in applying systems, tools, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.


• Empowering leader with strong collaboration skills able to engage teams, communicate effectively, and work across functions (Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to deliver results.
