Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day production activities for Scissor Lifts, Fabrication Works, Liquid Traps, Manifolds, and Cylinder Cages. The role involves supervising production staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards, monitoring attendance, and preparing daily production reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Oversee production processes for Scissor Lifts, Fabrication Works, Liquid Traps, Manifolds, and Cylinder Cages.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Prepare daily production reports, including work completed, pending tasks, and workforce performance.
• Track attendance and productivity of production workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Identify operational issues and suggest process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Procurement, Maintenance, and Quality Control for smooth workflow.
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance performance and skill development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supervising production in manufacturing or fabrication environments.
• Knowledge of machinery, fabrication processes, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in preparing production reports and using basic computer software (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
