Production Specialist, Associate

As a Production Specialist at Deutsche Bank, you will play a crucial role in supporting the supply of IT services to the bank and executing against the vision of your function. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving events and complex issues with an awareness of overlapping technology areas. You will identify opportunities to strengthen IT designs and provide value to the businesses based on your service and business knowledge. Embracing a Continuous Service Improvement approach, you will drive efficiencies, remove repetition, reduce risk, and improve systems availability. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Overall Management of satellite applications for Retail & Wealth banking, including projects and support - Project planning, control, change management, and quality management - Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project deliveries - Providing technical support and expertise as necessary - Managing project issues, escalations, and resolutions - Ensuring smooth transition of projects from UAT phase to production phase - Supporting applications in production, managing issues and escalations within SLA timelines - Collaborating with global teams for IT security compliance - Supporting internal/external/regulatory IT audit compliance - Evaluating areas of improvement for system performance and stability - Actively participating in squad activities and ceremonies - Applying continuous integration best practices - Collaborating with squad members to achieve objectives - Reporting progress in Agile team management tools - Managing individual task priorities and deliverables - Contributing to planning and continuous improvement activities Your Skills And Experience should include: - Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques - IT certifications in various technical skills - 8-10 years of Retail Banking Technology experience - Domain knowledge in Banking applications - Experience in managing or supporting production environments of Banking Applications - Strong technical foundation including knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle, and Internet Banking platform - Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills - Experience with Agile/SCRUM environment - Familiarity with Agile Team management tools - Understanding and promotion of Agile values - Good communication skills - Pro-active team player - Professional knowledge of English The company offers a range of benefits including a Best in class leave policy, Gender neutral parental leaves, sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education, Employee Assistance Program, Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance, Accident and Term life Insurance, and more.
