Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As you grow in this role, you will:

Support Cost Reduction Initiatives : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain
Assist in Supplier Development: Help evaluate and onboard new suppliers, especially in strategic regions like India, ensuring alignment with technical and regulatory requirements
Contribute to Project Execution: Participate in sourcing-related projects such as supplier transfers and cost-out initiatives, learning project management fundamentals
Learn Risk Mitigation Strategies: Support efforts to identify and reduce supplier risks by analyzing market trends and working with engineering and sourcing teams

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
Internship or academic project experience in sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a leadership role
