Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production & Sales Head with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in managing event production and driving sales. The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker, fluent in English, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi, and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:Production Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end event production process – including design, fabrication, logistics, and execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of production elements.
• Conduct site inspections, supervise installations, and ensure production meets brand and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure smooth event execution under tight deadlines.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate and private event segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and agencies.
• Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and pricing models to prospective clients.
• Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in event production and/or B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the events or hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Proficient in event production planning, budgeting, and logistics.
• Must be fluent in English, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel based on project needs.
• Immediate joining is a must.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
