Standard lab and cleanliness lab inspection management
Prepare and process samples for analysis
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
Handling the development CMM measurement program
Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
In-depth knowledge of technical cleanliness as per the ISO class 7
In-depth knowledge of CMM, PGI, and Mahr & programming
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
Record, analyze, and report data accurately
Knowledge of Optical inspection systems
Familiarity with measurement instruments such as VMS, roughness testers, Alicona, UTM, PGI, technical cleanliness equipment, surface contour, hardness testers, spring testing equipment, height gauges, and other small gauges.
Experience with MSA activities and ability to perform independently
Understanding of product drawings
In-depth knowledge of VDA 19.2 Standard
In-depth knowledge of 3D / 5 axis optical inspection
in-depth knowledge of cross-section penetration analysis
Handling the audit and customer
Training skill

Qualification Criteria

B.E. Mechanical OR Electronics
Should have 3 to 4 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
Related work experience in lab areas
