This position is strictly for experienced professionals from the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Candidates without hands-on pharma production, BMR/BPR, and GMP experience should not apply.

Role Overview:

The candidate must be capable of independently handling shop-floor production, documentation, and coordination with QA, QC, Stores, and Vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Documentation

• Handle end-to-end production of

  OSD pellets, DC granules, and taste-masked granules

• Execute and close BMR/BPR

  accurately as per GMP requirements
• Ensure strict compliance with

  GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines

• Monitor in-process activities and coordinate with QA/QC

  for sampling and release
• Troubleshoot routine production issues and ensure batch consistency

Procurement & Inventory

• Manage procurement of

  APIs, excipients, and packaging materials

• Coordinate with approved vendors for quotations, POs, and follow-ups

• Ensure timely material availability to avoid production delays

• Maintain inventory records and coordinate with Stores

Dispatch & Coordination

• Oversee dispatch activities including

  labeling, packing, documentation, and logistics coordination

• Ensure batch documentation readiness for dispatch and audits

• Coordinate with internal teams for production planning and timelines

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience

  (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience in

  OSD manufacturing (pellets / DC granules)

• Practical exposure to BMR writing, review, and closure

• Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, and audit readiness

• Experience in raw material procurement and vendor coordination

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently

• Practical, shop-floor oriented mindset (not a desk-only role)
