Position: Production Planner – Embroidery

Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Location: SACHIN,SURAT

Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Planner with experience in embroidery production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing production workflows while ensuring that resources are efficiently utilized and production timelines are met. The role also requires coordination with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Scheduling & Planning:
• Develop and maintain production schedules for embroidery orders, considering machine capacity, material availability, and delivery deadlines.
• Analyze work orders and determine efficient production sequences.
• Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure alignment between production plans and customer requirements.
• Manage Time and Action (T&A) calendars to track progress against deadlines.
• Production Monitoring:
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when necessary to avoid delays.
• Identify and resolve potential production bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.
• Resource & Material Management:
• Manage allocation of raw materials (yarns, fabrics, embellishments) and ensure they are available when needed.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Allocate embroidery machines and operators to tasks, optimizing machine utilization.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replacement efficiently.
• Compliance & Licensing:
• Ensure all production processes adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
• Compulsory: BIKE and License must be held by the candidate for smooth operations.
• Cross-Department Coordination:
• Collaborate with various teams, including procurement, merchandising, and production, for seamless order execution.
• Assist in forecasting material needs based on production demand.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Textile, Production Management, or related).
• Experience: 1-2 years in production planning within the embroidery or garment manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of production processes and inventory management.
• Proficient in Excel and basic production planning tools.
• Compulsory: Candidate must have BIKE and a valid license for the role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
