Position Overview: This role responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of production and inventory management across multiple third-party manufacturing (3PM) sites. This role plays a pivotal part in converting sales forecasts into actionable production and procurement plans, ensuring seamless material availability, timely production, cost-effective logistics, and compliance with quality and financial standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production & Material Planning Convert sales forecasts into RM (Raw Material) & PM (Packaging Material) requirements. Develop SKU-wise production plans considering minimum volume guarantees and plant connectivity. Align production schedules with third-party co-packers and internal stakeholders. Plan long-lead materials and JIT deliveries to balance inventory and space constraints. 2. Inventory & Logistics Management Maintain optimal RM/PM inventory levels at 3PMs and storage partners. Coordinate RM/PM movement and storage planning based on space, shelf-life, and cost-efficiency. Monitor FIFO, reconcile stocks regularly, and manage non-moving inventory effectively. Create and execute dispatch plans to ensure timely material and FG (Finished Goods) movement. 3. Third-Party Co-Packer Management Share production plans, raise purchase orders, and coordinate job work agreements. Monitor timely GRNs, invoice submission, and reconciliation of ledgers. Liaise with co-packers for production readiness, material availability, and quality compliance. 4. BOM & Documentation Management Create and update BOMs in coordination with R&D and QA/QC teams. Ensure all documentation (invoices, GRNs, production approvals) is completed timely for uninterrupted production flow. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the central point of contact between Planning, Procurement, Production, Finance, QC, and 3PMs. Share payment schedules, ensure timely invoice booking, and reconcile co-packer accounts. Communicate any changes in plan and align all stakeholders accordingly. Key Competencies: Strong planning, forecasting, and analytical skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management. Inventory optimization and cost-efficient logistics handling. Knowledge of ERP systems, BOM management, and GRN processes. Attention to detail and ability to manage cross-functional workflows

S.No. Responsibility Maintain daily stock records Inward & Outward entries. Conduct monhtly basis physical stock counts and reconcile with the system. Supervise unloading and proper stacking of materials. Prepare and verify dispatch documents (STN, Invoice, E-way bill). Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely dispatches. Share daily MIS reports stock, dispatch, and pending GRN. Follow FIFO / FEFO methods for material handling. Coordinate with CFA, Sales, and Head Office for smooth operations. Report damages, shortages, and expiry issues immediately. Follow all SOPs and ensure operational compliance. Key Skills Required knowledge of warehouse operations, stock movement, and documentation. MS Excel, Email, ERP/SAP knowledge (preferred). Ability to coordinate with transporters, sales teams, and CFAs. Can handle workload and dispatch timelines effectively. Careful with data entry, stock checking, and document accuracy.
