Implement and monitor quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) systems as per industry and export standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processing efficiency, waste reduction, and operational excellence. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality departments to streamline supply chain and inventory management. Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluation to production teams and supervisors.
