Responsibilities
Required Skills Proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery and tools. Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques. Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles. The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Skills Experience with computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software. Familiarity with safety standards and federal and state regulations. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals. Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts. Experience in reporting on key production metrics. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Attention to detail. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
