Job Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, manpower planning, and allocation.
  
• Ensure optimum output, process adherence, and quality in hose manufacturing.
  
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Production, Quality, and Safety targets.
  
• Prepare and execute Production Planning (Extruder Line & Assembly Line) as per PPC plan.
  
• Track and analyze Production Plan vs. Actual status daily.
  
• Ensure processes run strictly as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Standards.
  
• Conduct rejection analysis using 7 QC Tools, 5W+1H, and take corrective actions.
  
• Maintain targeted Losses & Rejection percentages.
  
• Prepare Monthly MIS reports (KPI, Scrap Cost, Manpower Cost).
  
• Implement Lean tools such as SMED, Poka-Yoke, TPM, Line Balancing, and Work Instructions.
  
• Provide training to operators/supervisors to enhance skills and competency.
  
• Maintain inventory levels (WIP, BOP & consumables) within targeted limits.
  
• Drive continuous improvement activities including Kaizen, 5S, Cost Reduction initiatives.
  
• Ensure documentation and compliance for IATF-16949 & ISO-14001 audits (internal & external).

• Must have experience in

  Rubber Hose or Rubber Manufacturing Industry

  .
• Strong exposure to production operations, quality standards, lean manufacturing, and team management.
  
• Good computer skills (MS Office, ERP).
  
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
