Strong technical skills in PLC and mechanical systems. Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action). Preventive maintenance planning and execution. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer / Sr. Engineer capable of leading the maintenance team independently. The ideal candidate will manage electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as utility-related activities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Lead the maintenance team to ensure smooth plant operations. Handle electrical, mechanical, and utility maintenance. Reduce machine breakdown hours through RCA and CAPA methodologies. Prepare and execute the annual preventive maintenance plan. Maintain critical spare parts inventory at optimum levels (Min/Max). Monitor MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). Maintain detailed machine history cards for all equipment. Oversee maintenance of mixing machines and hose braiding lines. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
