Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage the SAP PP (Production Planning) module to align with production and business goals.
Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory.
Coordinate with procurement, stores, and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability.
Monitor work orders, BOMs, and routing accuracy in SAP.
Track production KPIs (OTD, utilization, WIP levels) and flag deviations.
Support continuous improvement in planning and SAP workflows.
Provide training and support to users during and after SAP go-live.
Collaborate with IT and functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering (preferred).
2- 4 years of experience in production planning, ideally in HVAC&R or discrete manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with SAP PP (MM knowledge is a plus).
Strong analytical and coordination skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under deadlines.
