Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge

10-12 yrs of hands-on experience of Operation and Maintenance of large-scale solar plants/Wind plants
8-10 yrs experience of Testing of Transformers and Switchgears
8-10 yrs experience of Protection systems of Transformers and Switchgears
8-10 yrs experience of O&M of Inverters and PV systems
8-10 yrs experience of O&M spares management
5 yrs of experience of Forecasting, Scheduling and DSM management
8-10 yrs of experience of JMR, Energy Acounting
8-10 yrs of experience of SCADA systems
8-10 yrs of experience of Telemetry systems
8-10 yrs of skill to manage the team

Key Responsibilities

Support to operational sites in resolving the technical issues
Coordination with site to ensure following HSE policies
Coordination with site to ensure timely preventive maintenances
Coordination with site to ensure availability of adequate spares and consumables
Coordination with site to ensure early restoration of plant in case of breakdown
Coordination with site to ensure timely testing of equipment
Coordination with site to ensure timely calibration of equipment
Coordination with site to ensure timely preparation of reports
Coordination with site to ensure proper deployment of manpower
Coordination with site to ensure timely cleaning of Modules
Coordination with site to ensure timely de-vegetation
Coordination with site to ensure timely processing of vendors bills
Ensuring sites achieve target generation
Ensuring sites achieve target plant availability
Putting efforts in minimizing O&M expenses
