Job Description

Job Summary:

Jaipur Rugs is looking for a detail-oriented Production Pipeline Controller to manage and streamline the end-to-end production workflow. This role ensures that processes—from design to dispatch—run efficiently, enabling on-time and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and coordinate production stages across departments
Track work orders, timelines, and delivery schedules
Identify delays or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate records and daily status updates
Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams for smooth workflow

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and production tracking tools
Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain preferred
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
