About the Role


Production & Order Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendor to ensure timely production of orders.
  • Manage customer orders from confirmation to delivery.
  • Track shipments and handle export documentation (including Singapore/Malaysia exports).
  • Respond to customer delivery queries with accurate updates.
  • Support process improvements in order management systems.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or order management.
  • Familiarity with export/shipping documentation is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using Excel, CRMs, or order management tools.
  • Strong communication skills for customer and vendor coordination.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in e-commerce, jewelry, or fashion logistics.
  • Understanding of international shipping processes.
  • Startup experience with multitasking and flexibility.
