Production & Order Coordinator

The Production and Order Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate production records, managing raw material inventory, and overseeing the movement and status of customer orders throughout the production process. This role ensures that all production data is complete and up to date, materials are well-managed, and customer orders are efficiently tracked across departments.

Key Responsibilities:1. Production Records Management

• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all production-related records including:
• Daily production reports
• Rejection reports and analysis
• Machine breakdown and maintenance records
• Operator attendance and productivity
• Production targets vs. actuals
• Incentive calculations based on production performance

2. Inventory & Material Control

• Track and control inventory of raw materials, tools, and consumables
• Maintain records of inward materials and update stock levels regularly
• Monitor material issuance to production, ensuring correct quantities and usage
• Maintain reorder levels and initiate procurement requests to avoid shortages
• Conduct periodic physical stock checks and reconcile with system records

3. Order Management

• Receive and process customer orders, ensuring they are entered correctly and acknowledged
• Monitor the movement of each order through various production stages
• Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Update internal systems with order status and inform relevant departments or customers

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Act as a central communication point between production, stores, dispatch, and sales
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on production, inventory, and order status
• Escalate issues such as delays, material shortages, or production disruptions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
