Production Operator

A production operator is a skilled professional who operates and maintains machinery in a manufacturing or production environment to ensure efficient and safe production of goods. They are responsible for setting up and operating equipment, monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and Monitoring Equipment: Setting up and operating production machinery, monitoring its performance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Quality Control: Conducting regular quality inspections on products during various stages of production to ensure they meet established standards.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identifying and resolving issues during production, minimizing downtime, and performing routine maintenance on equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all production activities adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and company standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate production logs, recording material usage, output, downtime, and quality control data.
• Collaboration and Communication: Working effectively with other team members, including supervisors and maintenance staff, to optimize workflows and address production issues.
• Process Improvement: Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for increased efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining production machinery, understanding technical drawings, and using measuring tools.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during production, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in quality checks, record-keeping, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members and supervisors to report issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move materials, and perform repetitive tasks.

Pay: ₹19,102.38 - ₹30,766.31 per month
