Production Operative

Role responsibilities.

• Working with our production team to fulfil wholesale and retail orders to Soho House and other dispatch centres.

• Support in maintaining the cleanliness of the roastery

• Assist in various stages of the production process, including preparation, assembly, and packaging of products.

• Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process, conducting inspections and checks to ensure products meet company standards.

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, quality checks, and any issues encountered.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

• Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimise downtime and maintain smooth operations.

• Contribute to a positive work environment.

• Have picking & packing experience

high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on skills like attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and physical stamina. While formal qualifications aren't always necessary for entry-level positions, employers may prefer candidates with prior experience, basic computer skills, or familiarity with hand and power tools. Some roles, especially more senior ones, might require specific certifications, but these are not typical for most entry-level roles
