Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), downtime reports, and material usage logs. Quality Monitoring: Perform basic quality inspections on raw materials and finished goods; coordinate with the QC department for in-process testing. Equipment Handling : Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report any abnormalities or utility issues. Safety & Housekeeping : Follow strict safety protocols (PPE), familiarize yourself with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and maintain a clean shop floor.
