Production Officer

You will be responsible for efficient inventory management and data-driven decision-making to optimize manufacturing. This includes ensuring precision in raw material handling, accurate data collection, and continuous process improvements for maximum efficiency and sustainability. You will leverage advanced analytics and collaboration to drive innovation and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage RM / PM inventory on the production floor to ensure smooth operations. - Responsible for data collection processes, validation, reporting, and submission to MIS. - Track and analyze daily production data, including recovery rates, efficiency levels, and breakdown incidents. - Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing production data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain databases and systems for storing and organizing production data efficiently. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for inventory management and data accuracy. - Monitor resource utilization to minimize waste and optimize material usage. - Implement automation and digital solutions to streamline data collection and reporting. - Support production planning by assisting in forecasting and scheduling to align with business demands. - Generate performance insights through actionable reports to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Qualification Required: - B.Sc./B. tech or M. Sc/ M.tech in food technology. You should have 4-6 years of experience in a similar industry.
