Production Officer

Job Responsibilities: • To follow the instructions of Production Executive and Production Manager. • To collect the daily production planning from the Production Executive and Production Manager. • To do Calibration of all balances of Production Department. • To get the line clearance from QA and start the daily production as per GMP compliance and keep record in BMR and related log book. • To complete the given daily production planning. • To collect the batch/material from store/quarantine. • To check and verify the name and quantity of all raw materials/Bulk/Tablets received from R.M store/quarantine department. • To comply with the parameters mentioned in the BMR. (LOD, Weight, Hardness, Disintegration Time etc) • To clean the area and equipment and maintain its records in the related log book after completion of process of the batch. • To fill the record of reconciliation of the batch in the BMR. • After completion of the process of the batch, transfer the material to quarantine area along with BMR and keep record in quarantine log book. • Transfer the process rejection material in to rejection area with approval of Production Manager and QA In charge. • To attend the training given by senior executive/manager. • To give report to the Manager regarding completion of daily production plan. • Online Documentation: Log books of production department (Equipments and area cleaning,). v BMR. Temperature and humidity Records Quarantine Register. • Checkpoints for Line Clearance • Ensure the proper cleaning of the area and equipment. • No material/traces of previous batch should be there before starting the new batch. * No extra drum/material of any other product should be there on the floor other than the mentioned in the schedule. / Reconciliation of the batch yield and batch rejection.
