Role Overview: You are required to be a highly skilled and motivated Production Officer with experience in API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing. Your role will involve overseeing and managing day-to-day production activities in the API manufacturing unit, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMP, monitoring production schedules, troubleshooting production-related issues, and coordinating with quality control and quality assurance teams to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate production records, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations, implementing process improvements, and training and supervising production staff. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage day-to-day production activities in the API manufacturing unit. - Ensure production processes are conducted according to SOPs and GMP. - Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets. - Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues or deviations. - Coordinate with quality control and quality assurance teams to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance. - Maintain accurate production records and documentation. - Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations. - Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. Qualification Required: - B.sc / M.sc in Chemistry Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including Provident Fund. The work location is in person, and the schedule involves rotational shifts.
