Execute daily production activities as per the production plan. Coordinate with QA, QC, and warehouse departments for material and documentation readiness. Monitor shift-wise production targets and ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate BMRs, BPRs, logbooks, and other GMP documents. Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory norms. Participate in internal and external audits and implement CAPAs. Supervise production processes for tablets, capsules, liquids, or injectables (based on facility). Identify deviations or non-conformities and escalate to senior management. Support validation and qualification of equipment and processes. Supervise and guide operators and line workers during production shifts. Provide on-the-job training and maintain discipline and safety in the production area. Ensure all team members follow hygiene and safety protocols. Suggest and implement improvements for productivity and yield. Participate in lean manufacturing and 5S activities.
