Production Merchandiser

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Merchandiser to oversee and coordinate the entire production process—from design handoff to final dispatch. The ideal candidate should possess strong decision-making abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on production orders from design finalization to dispatch. Coordinate with design, production, quality control, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of orders. Liaise with the sales team to align production with customer expectations. Perform accurate costing analysis for new and ongoing orders. Take quick and effective decisions in case of delays or challenges. Think spontaneously and creatively to find alternate solutions when needed. Maintain all relevant production documents, reports, and order trackers in an organized manner. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in production merchandising or similar roles. Strong knowledge of costing, garment production, and timelines. Good coordination and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively. Problem-solving mindset with spontaneous thinking and proactive approach. Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation practices Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Kazhakoottam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Merchandising: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
