Production Merchandiser

You will play a critical role in managing end-to-end bulk production of garments tailored specifically for new and expecting mothers at House of Zelena. Your responsibilities will include overseeing bulk production, identifying suitable third-party factories, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery timelines, creating Time and Action (TNA) calendars, collaborating with sampling and design teams, tracking production progress, and troubleshooting operational issues to maintain brand standards. As a Production Merchandiser at House of Zelena, your key responsibilities will be: - Manage and oversee bulk production of garments post-sampling. - Identify suitable third-party factories and ensure timely execution of orders. - Take ownership of cost, quality, and delivery timelines. - Create and maintain Time and Action (TNA) calendars; ensure planned inwarding of finished goods. - Collaborate closely with the sampling and design teams to maintain product alignment and integrity. - Regularly track production progress, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure adherence to brand standards. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - Minimum 7 years of experience in product development for knitwear in the Indian domestic market. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in comfort innerwear and athleisure production (mandatory requirement). - Proficiency in developing production schedules, reports, and planning documents independently. - Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and "go-getter" attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and take full ownership of deliverables.
