Role Overview:

We are looking for a Production Merchandiser

Preferred Candidates:

• People who have worked with factories making for

  buyers

  like

  Reliance, Tata trent - Westside, Pantaloons, Blackberrys, ABFRL brands like Louis Phillippe, Peter England, etc

• People with

  experience

  with either

  embroideries

  or with

  suit jackets

  and

  formal trousers

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and track

  Time & Action (TNA)

  for all active styles.
• Coordinate with

  buyers, designers, and production teams

  for approvals and deliveries.
• Handle

  fabric and trims orders, follow-ups, and inventory tracking

  .
• Supervise sampling, stitching, finishing, and packing progress.
• Maintain BOMs, order sheets, and production reports.
• Liaise with QA for inspections and ensure timely shipment readiness.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Fashion / Textile / Apparel Production.
• 2–6 years’ experience in garment manufacturing (export house or domestic).
• Hands-on with TNA, trims/fabric coordination, and buyer communication.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and production documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
