Location: Noida sector 63 Department: Merchandising / Production Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Merchandiser to join our export house team. The ideal candidate will serve as the key link between the merchandising , production , and quality teams, ensuring smooth execution of orders from sampling to shipment. This role demands strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills to ensure that all production activities align with buyer requirements and shipment deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily with the merchandising team and production departments for smooth order execution. Track production status and ensure timelines are met at every stage – from fabric sourcing to final shipment. Liaise with the quality assurance team to collect inspection and inline quality reports and share updates with concerned buyers. Participate in production planning meetings to monitor progress and highlight potential bottlenecks. Ensure all buyer requirements, specifications, and approvals are communicated accurately to the production team. Follow up on trims, fabric, and accessories to avoid delays in production. Maintain and update production tracking sheets , reporting order status and shipment readiness to senior management. Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch team to ensure on-time shipment and proper documentation. Support the merchandising team in handling buyer communications related to production and quality. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in Textiles, Fashion, or related field (preferred). 2–5 years of experience as a Production Merchandiser or in a similar role within an export house. Strong understanding of garment production processes and export documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills . Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems for production tracking and reporting. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
