Production Merchandiser

We're looking to hire an immediate joiner for the role of Merchandiser —you have to overseeing the entire process of sample development and garment production. You'll ensure timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and cost efficiency throughout the workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sample development & bulk production processes.
• Monitor production timelines & address delays / bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, quality, etc.) to resolve issues.
• Source & manage vendors (embroidery, printing, washing/dyeing, fabricators, pattern masters, tailors).
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, costs & supplier communications.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Merchandising for a Menswear Brand
• Deep knowledge of fabric types, textures & production uses
• Strong negotiation skills to secure best deals
• Sharp attention to detail for quality & stock accuracy
• Female candidates preferred
