PRODUCTION MANAGER(GARMENTS INDUST)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control all stages of the workwear production process (cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing).
• Develop production schedules and ensure timely execution to meet client delivery timelines.
• Monitor daily production activities and resolve issues to avoid delays.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
• Manage manpower allocation, training, and motivation of production staff.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and procurement teams for smooth workflow.
• Control wastage of fabric, trims, and other raw materials to optimize production costs.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, labor laws, and company policies.
• Monitor machine maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
• Implement process improvements, lean manufacturing, and productivity enhancement measures.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors for timely availability of raw materials and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
