Job Description

We’re Hiring | Production Manager – Edible Oil Refinery (Kheda, Ahmedabad)

Production Manager (Edible Oil Refinery)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily production activities.
Monitor refining processes:
Degumming, Neutralization, Bleaching & Deodorization.
Ensure production targets, quality standards & safety protocols are achieved.
Maintain logs, analyze variances & suggest improvements.
Collaborate with quality, maintenance & logistics teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with
GMP, HACCP, ISO
& other food safety standards.
Guide & train production staff on SOPs and refinery operations.
Track raw material usage & product yield to reduce losses.
Implement health, safety & environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s in
Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering
or related field.
Mandatory:
Prior hands-on experience in
edible oil refinery plant operations.
Knowledge of refinery equipment (centrifuges, vacuum systems, heat exchangers).
Strong leadership, problem-solving & communication skills.
Familiarity with production software & MS Office.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
