Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Ashokapuram, Erode
Experience: 5 - 8 Years in production management within polymer / woven sacks / FIBC manufacturing industry.
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production activities in line with company targets.
• Monitor and manage all production processes including looms, extrusion, lamination, twisting, and finishing.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
• Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, and raw materials) to achieve production efficiency.
• Supervise and train production staff, assign responsibilities, and evaluate performance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with the maintenance team.
• Track production output, downtime, rejection, and wastage while ensuring continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Planning team to align production with customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Lead new development projects and trials for product innovations.
• Ensure safe and compliant delivery of finished goods to customers.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare management reports.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production management within polymer / woven sacks / FIBC manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of looms, extrusion, lamination, twisting, and FIBC production processes.
• Proven experience in team handling, production planning, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001), BRC compliance, and quality systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
