Manufacturing of exclusive home furnishing made-ups Working with craft clusters in embroideries and handloom weaving across districts in West Bengal Job Description Position: Production Manager - Kolkata Full-time, On-site Exact Location: Gariahat, Kolkata The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient production and resource utilization. Responsibilities Manage production process and people Create and execute production plans based on targets Make SOPs for the various production processes, quality checking, etc Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders Purchasing & sourcing of trims, tools and materials as necessary Set work plans for in-house artisans and managerial staff Identify the correct jobwork vendors for various production processes Manage production efficiency Maintain proper documentation of work executions Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Textile Technology / Supply Chain Management 5+ years of production experience - with a home furnishings set-up Microsoft excel skills is a must Languages: English is a must; Hindi & Bengali is preferable Strong organizational and managerial skills Strong communication skills Ability to multi-task Self-motivated and initiative-taking Team leader Should have experience of working at a managerial position Please apply with your resume.
