Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end production of non-ferrous smelting and refining (Lead, alloys, byproducts).- Oversee rotary furnace operations, refining, and recovery from waste materials.- Plan production schedules, raw material procurement, and process improvements.- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and environmental compliance.- Monitor daily production, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.- Drive cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality control initiatives.- Lead and mentor production teams, ensuring training and performance management.- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and design teams for smooth plant operations.- Prepare MIS reports, performance dashboards, and support audits/inspections.
