Role is to supervise the factory labour and manage day to day operations at the factory floor level. Job also includes a component of travelling on bike to bring or deliver items such as repair items, production samples etc. (A Bike will be given for the job by the company). Job timings will be as per the shift timings from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm i.e. 12hours.
Supervisor will be responsible for managing the factory workers and managing the production on the factory floor. He will be repsonsible managing dispatches. The Job is a fixed 12 hour job and staff will be given a bike and mobile to manage his work. Annual bonus
