Production Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Leading Manufacturing OSD, QMS & COMPLIENCE.
• Change over time reduction of Manufacturing and Packing lines.
• Improvement of yield at compression and Packing stage
• Leading production activity
• Execution of Monthly Manufacturing plan for OSD.
• Efficiency improvement project in manufacturing for reduction of shift
  with 100% targeted delivery.
• Capacity, efficiency, improvement, cost saving initiative and compliance
  initiative.
• Coordinate with production manufacturing dept. & other related depts. Concerning operation/ planning /packing activity
• To execute planned production/ packing in stipulated time limit. Ensuring on-time delivery of products as per specifications.
• Monthly production planning and weekly scheduling execution and accountability manpower with breakup.
• Coordinator with other department in meeting the required production plan and GMP system.
• Monitoring and Tacking corrective action for yield improvement and cycle time reduction

• Deliver Budget volume (AOP-annualoperating plan) with in approved budged.
• To create / Maintain safe working environment and adherence to safetystandard
• during working.
• Routine and time to time report and feed back to immediate and upward management
• for the evaluation and corrective action there upon.
• To plan and coordinator with engineering for lowering breakdown, Machine qualification by ensuring PM schedule and proper utilization of machine capacity.
• To coordinator with QA, QC , PPIC and warehouse for the proper planning and execution of daily production activity .
• To clear understanding ofthe criteria for manufacturing excellence success including behavior, attitude and manufacturing excellence skill to build a continuous
• improvement that sustains productivity and process improvement.
• Trend analysis ofdifferent keyresult areas of production.
• Active participation in PV remediation activities implementation ofdesignated site against observation from other site and organization.
