Role:
Oversee all aspects of the brand’s production and factory operations — from fabric sourcing and inventory management to vendor coordination and timely collection execution. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership, vendor management, and organizational skills to ensure seamless production across categories.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily factory operations, production schedules, and manpower allocation.
• Source and procure fabrics, trims, and raw materials, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, consumption, and material replenishment.
• Liaise between design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth handovers.
• Supervise sampling and bulk production to meet collection timelines.
• Monitor quality control at every stage — from raw material inspection to final finishing.
• Coordinate with suppliers, tailors, and finishing units for on-time deliveries.
• Prepare production reports, consumption sheets, and costing summaries for internal review.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements across the production line.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in factory or production management, preferably in fashion/apparel.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and sourcing processes.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership abilities.
