Job Description

Lead and manage day-to-day production of masterbatch (color, white, black, additive including UV) and compounds. Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and manpower allocation to achieve output targets. Ensure efficient operation of twin-screw extruders, high-speed mixers, feeders, pelletizers, and auxiliary equipment. Collaborate with R&D / Technical team to scale up new formulations from lab to production. Monitor and control process parameters to maintain consistent product quality. Drive initiatives for productivity improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization. Oversee raw material usage, inventory, and batch traceability. Implement preventive maintenance programs in coordination with the maintenance team. Ensure compliance with ISO / ASTM / ROHS / REACH standards and company quality norms. Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and 5S/lean practices. Troubleshoot production issues (dispersion, agglomerates, torque load, quality deviations).
