Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and control production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Ensure products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company standards.
Identify training needs and ensure training is provided.
Implement cost control measures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, procurement, and logistics teams.
Analyze production data and generate reports for senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
