Job Description

Role & responsibilities Buyer Coordination: Handle day-to-day communication with international buyers and buying houses. Understand and interpret tech packs, comments, and buyer requirements. Sampling & Product Development: Manage development samples, proto samples, fit samples, and size sets as per buyer specifications and timelines. Order Execution: Follow up with production, fabric sourcing, printing, and other departments to ensure timely execution of orders. TNA Management: Prepare and monitor Time and Action (TNA) calendar to ensure on-time deliveries. Costing: Work on cost sheets, negotiate with vendors, and finalize pricing based on fabric, trims, and process costing. Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers for fabric, trims, and accessories to meet required quality and delivery standards. Quality Coordination: Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality at every stage. Documentation: Coordinate with commercial and shipping teams for documentation related to exports including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork. Trend & Market Knowledge: Stay updated with global fashion trends in knits, fabrics, washes, and finishes.
